WELCOME TO SWING STREET GLENN TADINA BAND

The GLENN TADINA BAND has been playing the Portland Metro and Mid-Willamette Valley areas since the early fifties. The name change to include "SWING STREET" was made in 1998. Musicians in the band are from the Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver and Salem areas.

Although SWING STREET GLENN TADINA BAND plays more for dance engagements, the band has performed concerts at state and county fairs, summer festival concerts, and theatre concerts.

We offer five different bands to fit your dancing and entertainment pleasures: Up to a 17-piece Big Band, 4 or 5-piece combo, a 7 or 8-piece Mini-Big Band, Dixieland Band, and Polka Band. All are available with an optional vocalist.

Whether you are planning a corporate or private party event, dinner-dance, anniversary or wedding reception, we can fill your musical needs. We are also available for Dance Clubs, Elks Lodges and Country Clubs. We can also supply light background music for a dinner or special reception. REGULARLY SCHEDULE MONTHLY DANCES:

The Wednesday dances at the Oregon City Pioneer Community Center are scheduled to continue through 2010.
Wednesday afternoon dances July 7 & 21, August 4 & 18 12:45-3:00 PM. Pioneer Community Center, Oregon City, Swing Street Glenn Tadina Big Band $5.00 p/p.Public welcome. $10.00 p/p non-alcoholic event open to the public, Clark County Dance Center, 10713 NE 117th Ave (SR 503), Vancouver Washington. The center sits back away from the road. Driving north on SR 503 look for a yellow Saddle Club sign and an Auto dealer/Repair shop sign on the right.
